This remodel created space where there was none.
Excavating, by hand, approximately 150 yards of dirt out of the crawl to create a 1000+ sq.ft. of elegant living
that includes a pool and entertainment room, a full bath, a kitchenette, and a stairwell coming from the interior of
the home downstairs.
A new patio, pilars, BBQ and hot tub create the perfect outdoor recreation area. In addition, a new waterproof
deck with the exterior stairwell moved to the other side of the home completed this transformation.
