This home mirrors the changing face of the Seattle, WA area. Built in 1943 near downtown Kirkland,
the original construction costs of the home was $1,200 and the land was purchased for a mere $40. This simple, one story,
800 square foot home stayed virtually unchanged until 1998 when the Ferguson family began to create the home of their dreams
for themselves, their two children, three dogs and two cats.

From this simple box, a new creation emerged turning into an elegant, two story, Americana Style home with
exquisite woodworking throughout, a chef's dream kitchen, along with unique details to maximize space, create comfort and
liveability for even the smallest members of their family, along with sumptuous luxury for the adults.
